fast and easy, simple. They teach you the software you need to know, it is a job with long hours so be ready for that. The salary could be better, but the hours make up for it.
Applied online on their careers website, received a call about 2 weeks after the deadline asking for an interview. Quite an intense interview, there were a lot of questions, didn't expect so many as I had been to quite a few of interviews for this type of role and they are usually mainly CV based but this one was more situational.

Applied online. Was called for interview. Easy interview, despite having 4 years experience doing the job in another major company and being told by ITV themselves that I had excellent skills for the job. I didnt get it. The role was online for 5 days too. You had to be checking regulary to notice it or be working there already.
