The interview is a very long process that might take you about 3-4 days to complete. You will need to fill in a Language Test, a General Test and then a Technical test before entering the Marketplace. Once in the marketplace (which looks similar to a hiring website), you might or might not get called by a manager. Once you have the call with the manager, you might have some chances of getting hired.
