They first interviewed me for a general role for their Brand 4. After going through a couple rounds there, they told me I'll be a "better fit" for their growth marketing coordinator role for ILM. So I interviewed for that role, did a 4 hour long assignment, 3-4 more interview rounds AND an online super day. They proceeded to reject me but then sent me another recommendation to interview for the International Growth Coordinator role within ILM. I was skeptical at this point but I went ahead and did a few more rounds of interviews after which they called me for an in person super day. And guess what. I was rejected for a final time after that. This whole process strung me along as a recently graduated person for 3 whole months for an entry level position. Never was any indication made of skepticism from their side of hiring me. They pretend to be warm and friendly but they will drop you because they got too many options with the current job market. They do not care about you. My friend who did get an offer rejected it due to the poor work life balance and bad pay for NY. So yes, tread carefully with them and don't fall into the same trap as I did.
PS: they also don't have an HR deptm coordinating recruiting which is clear from the fact that all recruitment emails come from another Oddity brand's employee. Just shows they don't value your time.
