If you’re looking for a company, that’s going to respect you as a person, keep moving. I had an initial call with the hiring manager that was about 20 minutes. Before the call ended, I asked if there was anything keeping me from moving to the next round and she said no, and that I would hear from her by the end of the week or the beginning of the next wwek. I felt it went great and was excited to move forward. Well, the week came and went and when I didn’t hear back from her in the time frame she said, I emailed her to follow up, but I never received a response back. It felt incredibly unprofessional and immature to have been lied to and then ignored. I’m glad they showed their true colors early.
Quite scattered - had approximately 6 different hour-long interviews with almost every member of their small team. Questions varied from explaining my resume to coming up with ideas for effective outreach campaigns. The process was informal and lacked cohesion - the interview process itself took about three months with over two weeks between interviews.
