Impact Computers interview questions

I entered the building and asked to take a test. It was to see what my pyschological disposition was. I was told it would not be factored in the hiring decision. I was asked to go into a small conference room and given a laptop to work on and a task list. The task was to set up a web based grid and connect it to a SQL Server, which you don't have the name for. As I worked, the mouse would move. I supsect that the interviewers were remoted onto the laptop and messing with the cursor.
