Impact Innovations System interview questions

The manager I was speaking to kept asking me the same questions over and over. He would even say "I know I've already asked you this, but tell me again..." so it was very difficult to keep coming up with different answers. He also kept me waiting for 3 hours, for what was supposed to have been a 1.5 hour interview. When I said things it was like he wasn't even listening to me. He would ask how many hours a week I could work, to which I replied 10-15, and then he would say "Okay, right, 15-20..." It was a horrible experience overall and I do not recommend this company.
