Firstly shepherded into a room with other candidates. Then the Imperial Brands hirers walk in, mostly females fresh from education.
Then led into a room with the hiring manager for your region plus a member of HR.
Asked to do a presentation which they couldn't be bothered to listen to and a basic role play followed by a review of your CV.
Then told to go by 2 totally disinterested inadequate managers. It was obvious they hadn't got a clue what they were doing. I have sacked more capable people in the past.
No wonder the company is struggling if this is an example of management.
