online, game assessment, video interviews, assessment center: 1 question, 1 case study, 1 role play each takes 20 mins, 5 assessors for each step. because of corona, it was done online.
Various assessment stages, from initial online screening tests, HR interview, to case study in the end. The case study was quite pleasant, due to broad tasks and the possibility to choose between different options. The overall communication was good. Took 3- 4 for month for the overall process.
