Cv, aptitude tests, interview and asssesment centre. Terribly managed, after passing the interview they kept delaying the assesment centre then cancelled the scheme i was on to transfer me to another which they then did not give an assessment day.
Interview process what very long. Gives you a set of questions to answer and games to play before you get given an interview. Interview was off putting, said it's not really a job they'll just put you in different departments every three months or so. No real opportunity for growth
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Imperial Brands (Bristol, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
The process included:
- Online assessment
- Video interview
- Assessment Centre in the Bristol head office
The assessment included various activities: a presentation to be prepared beforehand; a group exercise consisting of a pitch to be created and performed as a team; an individual case study followed by a presentation in front of assessors; a roleplay game on interpersonal relations. Overall, the only exercise that required specific knowledge of the firm’s business was the presentation.
After that, I received a reply by phone within a week. The process altogether lasted for a few months (I applied in November and the AC was in February).
