Presentation on previous scientific research followed by questions from the panel. A second phase, general ways of working questions followed, along with the opportunity to speak to the lab without the PI. Lab and facilities tour also included.

What does your bench normally look at the end of the day?
Single interview process. Focus on technical questions related to position. Interviewed by future line manager checking background and suitability. Less interest in behavioural questions. No HR interview.
Interview for Research staff position varies from academic or technical staff positions.

Interview
It had 2 rounds, one with the supervisor, and then in person with the panel. It was a good experience overall, people are really friendly. One should be confident with their work and also about the supervisor.
