I applied online. I interviewed at Impossible Cloud (Hamburg) in Feb 2026
Interview
I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted the very same day to schedule an initial screening. The overall process was straightforward and moving quickly. The interview was a standard screening with the recruiter. She was very friendly and nice, though she seemed a bit disorganized and new to the role (she mentioned starting two months prior), which led to a few awkward pauses during our conversation.
Despite that, we had a great conversation. She promised to sync with the hiring manager and follow up within a week. True to her word, she updated me a week later with a rejection. Rights after, I noticed the original job posting was taken down and reposted with a new German language requirement, which explains the outcome. Overall, it was a fast and transparent experience.

Question 1
Are you comfortable working in a hybrid setup? What did you enjoy and what did you not like about your last job?
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Impossible Cloud (Zug) in Apr 2025
Interview
I had a mixed experience interviewing with Impossible Cloud. The recruiter was very friendly and the initial communication was smooth. The interview itself was pleasant and went beyond the scheduled time, which I took as a sign of genuine interest. The interviewer was knowledgeable and could answer most of my questions, though a few remained open.
We agreed to follow up for a second conversation, but unfortunately, I was ghosted afterward with no explanation. That part was disappointing — a short message would have been appreciated, especially after investing time and energy in the process. Transparency matters, and I believe candidates deserve closure, even if the decision is a "no."
