Hiring was very interesting. It was a one day process. It was for junior software engineer and software engineer. Company came to our campus for drive. All the panel Members were very good and helpful.
The process had three rounds: an MCQ round, a coding round, and a final interview. The first round was easy, the coding round was moderately challenging, and the interview was relatively easy. However, strong fundamental knowledge of testing and concepts is essential to confidently answer questions and successfully clear the final round.
The interview was good but there were not much openings and they had priority to hire from CSE branch itself. But there are good facilities. Some of the interviewers are really good at what they do. but the interview involved lot of technical questions but the package provided was low and didnot understand the purpose of Kalpavruksha if the candidates must already know everything,
