First 2 rounds would be programming rounds where they would check past knowledge and will check logical abilities. Then final round would be there senior management where they would see if you are good with technical and aligned with company values.

I had a disappointing experience with the interview process at this company. I cleared the first round (project-based discussion) and the second round (deep technical deep dive). After that, the salary offered was lower than what had been discussed initially. To address this, a third round was scheduled with a senior team member, which also went well overall except for one question outside my direct experience. However, after the third round, there was complete silence. No offer, no rejection, no communication at all. Even after multiple follow-ups, calls were not answered and no response was provided. Candidates invest significant time and effort in multi-round interviews. The least expected is clear and respectful communication, regardless of the final decision. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.
