InGeneron interview questions

I applied by sending my CV and covering letter. Response was very quick - I was asked to solve a case study and prepare a 10 min ppt presentation within a week (present via Skype). We first talked a couple of minutes about my background. I then went through my slides. The conversation was friendly and professional. There were some more detailed questions about my approach in solving the case study. I was afterwards invited to have personal interviews at the office which took place a week later. I had two separate interviews with senior staff both lasting about 1 hour. They asked a mixture of HR, personal, and "CV" questions. Communication and offer submission were afterwards very quick. The process was all in all a difficult, but good and professional experience.

After sending a resume and transcript of my grades, I received a case study to solve, that I needed to send back in a form of a short powerpoint presentation. Next, we set up a Skype interview that included: me, presenting the results of the case study (10min), followed by a talk about it and the "actual HR" interview (20-30min). I received the results a few days later via e-mail. Although I was rejected, the overall outcome I have is very positive. I had another call from the company later on, with a feedback. I received answers to all the questions I had. I felt like the employees respect the effort and time I spent on this recruitment process, very professional approach.
