Very friendly, inviting, and professional. The recruiter and interviewers were all very informative and helpful. They seemed very happy with their roles at Grand Rounds. I am excited about starting this journey and hope to grow with this company as I have heard many great things from other employees.

Multiple rounds focused on customer service and past helping experience. Open to different backgrounds. Friendly and casual interview style. Phone interviews with video interviews later. About four different rounds. Exercise related to job duties.

Very comfortable and informative. Senior manager was friendly, straightforward. Explained the pros and cons. Motivated me to join because of his compelling display of mission statements and beliefs of a better healthcare system for everyone!

The recruiter you talk to is so friendly and helpful! You go through a phone interview and then I was contacted for a video interview as well as a mock phone call with a customer. The video interview was super nice and the people I interviewed with were very friendly! They gave you all the paperwork you needed to answer the questions for the mock phone call as well
