We have accrued a lot of tech debt due to the speed of development, this has caused lots of challenges as we focus on scale. Onbaording could be better for the engineering and product org. BetterAdvice to Management

Very extensive interview process. I first had a phone screening by a recruiter. Then I went an interview with a manager. Then there was a written exercise, a mock patient call, and 2 additional panel interviews. Overall positive experience.Tell me about a time behavioral type questions
