We have accrued a lot of tech debt due to the speed of development, this has caused lots of challenges as we focus on scale. Onbaording could be better for the engineering and product org. Better

As we focus on scale we will need to invest in paying down debt. Sometimes you need to go slow to go fast.

    Very extensive interview process. I first had a phone screening by a recruiter. Then I went an interview with a manager. Then there was a written exercise, a mock patient call, and 2 additional panel interviews. Overall positive experience.
