I learned about the job opportunity through a contact. After successfully passing the CV screening, I was invited for an HR interview, which ideally lasted 45 minutes. Communication about progressing to the next stage, the user interview, was prompt and appreciated. The user interview extended beyond the scheduled time, lasting a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes. After two weeks without any updates, I followed up on the interview results but did not receive a response. While it was disappointing, I understand the complexities and time constraints involved in the hiring process.

Went the process from interview HR to psycho test on site, and eventually got ghosted by the HR. don't think this is the right attitude to treat candidate, especially if the candidates already went through several process.
