3 rounds of the process. 2 technical, 1 managerial, and the last round would be HR. I think the manager round is quite difficult, first 2 rounds are comparatively easy-moderate
bad interview not so good as per the interview asker for Devops but kept me in another role please ask they before joining into the company for which role and which team they are taking you

Based on client and manager process will change,
HR team is very slow to release offer letter. Always they look for immediate joiners.
First thing HR will blunder you, They are not clear about their requirment/Position. Initially they will say yes c2c can work, will setup Interview.
Inteview process was better - ( Only better thing here)
Once you got selected real challange will start. They will change c2c Position to Contract-to-hire then HR will not response Intentionally.
You will keep calling, email they will give very cold response everytime. After that they will say Interview team wants to reduce salay/Pay rate, even you will get agree. They will say let me check wth team again and another week gone.
After one week they will send contract paper by remving some clauses intentionally so again your employer and HR back and forth and In the end they will say it did not work out.
V Imp : HR will work from overseas ( Routing to US number for every communication) so you dont have option to call and wait for email response only.
Wow In the end 4 weeks done no offer even got selected.
