I was interviewed in the month of july 2021 and got selected and the HR told me to share the document and told me that i can put down my paper and he will give me offer letter next day. For the 2 weeks i follow up with him and he keeps answering my call but on the last day he said i can look for some other company. Then in the month of novemeber 2021 i got the email from the same hr and i reached out to him asking if the position still opens. He said just share the document and he will give the offer letter next day. Its been 2 weeks again and he is saying offer is in approval stage and bla bla. By far this is the worst ever experience with the Indegene and the HR experience i ever faced in my career. I will highly recomend not to join this company where you get such kind of response before joining. I believe all the review about the company are fake or they must have given money to endorse .
