Slow and confusing. Did not seem to understand what the role was for, did not have a salary expectation. Did not help when I asked questions. Very confusing. Lengthy process.

Okay process. Not too technical. But more oriented towards feasibility of getting transferred during the job which could be any where across India even for IT professionals which was made clear during the interview
