Indiana Automotive Fasteners interview questions

My initial communication was with a friend. I had lost my job and he said he would look to see if they were hiring. He was already a team member. After about 3 days I recieved a phone call asking me to come in to interview. I interviewed with 2 Team Leaders, one at a time. The interview lasted about 30 minutes total. After answering a few questions between the 2 interviewers, they came back with a job offer.
