Had to fill out a competency & personality questionnaire & an hour before the interview. Interview was through Skype and was a good interview where both parties asked interesting questions about me.

Interview
Dull with a 2 hour exam, they do not seem to care much and offered very little pay. Exam was difficult and random, entry level position with intermediate to advanced questions.
