I was contacted by a Sr Recruiter as my profile asked matched exactly what they were looking for. This Sr Recruiter asked for my availability so we could schedule a time to chat and after responding to the individual, I never heard back from them. I messaged this individual three times over the period of a week and a half offering different times and dates that I'd be available, and never once heard back. It's quite poor in my opinion to message a candidate at the executive level and then never message them back once they've given you the information you requested.
