I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Informa (London, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
No process. Unorganized and could have been done over the phone.
The recruiter was looking for people for the company overall and not for any specific position. The recruiter said I was better suited to a different position and I was taken to a different recruiter. They were friendly but as soon as I told them about my experiences they said they didn't think I was a good fit because that isn't what they do. I attempted to tell them why I would be a good match but the recruiter didn't seem interested. It seemed like this conversation could have been done over the phone rather than face to face. I was quite disappointed with the whole process.

The interview process took 2 weeks. First there is an initial phone interview with the recruiter. Then a second phone interview with the hiring manager. If they like you then they invite you in for a face to face interview with the Sales Director and the Senior Manager. The last step is a role play over the phone.
