I applied online. I interviewed at Ingram Content Group in Apr 2022
The interview consisted of just a quick review of basic, fairly generic questions followed by a tour of the warehouse and a basic explanation of what the job would entail.
- Have you ever worked in a warehouse before?

Anonymous Employee in Roseburg, OR
I applied online. I interviewed at Ingram Content Group (Roseburg, OR) in Feb 2022
Very well organized. Seems like a great company to work for. Everyone was polite and friendly and very inviting. They asked a few open ended questions and took a tour of where you would be working and outlined briefly what you would be doing in the area.
- Are you able to stand for long periods of time

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ingram Content Group
I received a message from a recruiter and was later given a Telegram link to open the interview chat. The interview process was straightforward but I'm questioning the legitimacy of it. It's the first time I'm being contacted like this, not to mention the job offer seems to good for my experience.
- What do you look for in a boss?

Anonymous Employee
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ingram Content Group in Jan 2022
the interview was held via the telegram app. unconventional, but fun and easy to use. The man who interviewed me was concise, friendly, and helpful. loved the overall process and wish more companies did interviews via text more often.
- how many WPM can I type. what are my long term career goals.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Smyrna, TN
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ingram Content Group (Smyrna, TN) in Nov 2021
I got hired without a interview! There was no interview we just got straight into it. I got a call back to come in and come to orientation. They said we would start the very next day.
- The interview questions were mostly about the quality of the books.

Anonymous Employee in Milton Keynes, England
I applied online. I interviewed at Ingram Content Group (Milton Keynes, England) in Sep 2021
Easy ! Fast interview with Team Lead or Shift Manager - you do a trial on the job and the training is amazing - lots of people start as temporary via Quality Personnel MK or Barker Ross MK agencies and get taken on as perm after 13 weeks
- Experience and Availability to work

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. I interviewed at Ingram Content Group
Weird. I was super excited to see an Ingram job and applied immediately after it was posted. A few days AFTER I submitted an application, resume, portfolio, etc... I got a message on LinkedIn from a recruiter asking if I'd be interested in applying. I told her I had already submitted the application, would be happy to send her my resume directly and she told me there was no need, my application would be in their system. The following afternoon, I got an email (from a new recruiter) asking to set up an initial call the next day at a specific time. I confirmed the time, was ready for the interview but got COMPLETELY GHOSTED. lol I never received a call from her, I followed up on an email suggesting another time in case she just got tied up (understandable) and heard nottttthinnnnggg until I got an automated email a full week later saying that I wouldn't be "advancing to the next round of the selection process at this time."...I never got to ANY round let alone the NEXT round. :| Anyway, they provide 6 months complimentary access to their "online career development center" - which is an Ingram branded job board with interviewing tips and resources...? Idk, maybe it's an internal program for employees that they provide applicants they forgot about.
- Can you be available for an initial call tomorrow at x time?

Anonymous Employee
I interviewed at Ingram Content Group
Easy, quick, casual. We discussed my experience and the job functions and then I met with a few different team members. The entire process took maybe 3 weeks. It was easy and I enjoyed it.
- Tell us about your digital marketing experience

Anonymous Employee
I interviewed at Ingram Content Group
Whatsapp interview, very strange. All over text. I'm questioning whether it was the actual company or a scam. They asked a series of questions about my communication skills and experience with proofreading.
- Do you proofread every word verbatim, or offer a summary?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Ingram Content Group
A bit strange as it was conducted online through text. It seemed a little sketchy. Buy it was very straightforward and easy to follow. They asked a series of questions and expect you to answer promptly.
- Do you have experience using proofing or copy editing software?
