Inn-Flow interview questions

I met with HR and the hiring manager. Both people were nice, but I was promptly rejected a day later. I think I was overqualified for the role since I was more senior than the role entailed. It’s disappointing to do so well with an interview or at least have all the qualifications and then HR just sends a generic “thanks but no thanks” email. For context for anyone reading this, I have over 10 yrs of customer support experience while also being in implementation roles in healthcare IT and networking/cyber security training. One of my references was someone the hiring manager had interviewed with. I’ve deployed software and know sql more than this job required. I’ve worked for startups and large businesses...and I was still rejected. So make sure talk down your accomplishments if you want the role.
