Interview
Phone interview first with the Direct Hiring Manager.
Technical onsite interview with Direct Hiring Manager plus his team of 2 engineers, and with CTO.
Last interview was with Senior VP, CEO and closing with Direct Hiring Manager.
Applied Online. I was contacted within 2 weeks to set up a phone screen that would last for 20 - 30 minutes. It was all about stuff that I had done till date and the projects that I had worked on. Just a few technical questions but nothing too complicated. I was selected for the next round and since I wasn't a local, we had a skype interview. I skyped with a senior engineer, a manager, and the company owner himself. It was once again stuff that I had done on my resume and the technical questions were based on that (more so on RF theory and high frequency behavior of circuits). In the 2nd round I was asked behavioral questions such as How would you describe your performance at your last place of employment, the challenges you faced when working on the projects and etc. Since the engineer who was going to be there for the 3rd round had a meeting, I had a chat with the company owner himself and it was just a conversation wherein he asked about the interview, about what I am up to and such.
