Interview Process: The process took 4 weeks. I was contacted by a third-party recruiter who provided an overview of the position and what to expect. There were three rounds of interviews in total: 1. Initial Interview with COO: The first interview was a virtual meeting with the COO. This session was about 30 minutes and covered the company’s vision and how the role fits within their strategy. 2. Panel Interview: The second round was a panel interview with three people. This lasted 30 minutes each and involved detailed discussions about my experience and how I handle various project management scenarios. 3. In-Person Interview: The final round was an in-person interview at their office. This session, also 30 minutes to an hour, gave me a chance to see the workplace. Overall Experience: This company has amazing employees who are very professional yet friendly. The interview process was well-organized, and the team’s approach made me feel valued and respected.
