Interview
The interviewing process was not out of the ordinary. I first had a one on one with the HR Manager. She asked the usual questions like about my past work and education experiences. She was very pleasant and easy going. Next I was introduced to the VP of Operations and VP of Sales, which were pleasant as well. They then asked me what I believed I could contribute to the org., what were my future goals, and explained to me the responsibilities of the position.
