Innoplexus Senior Android Developer interview questions

I request everyone to please be clear and take the confirmation from recruiter and HR Manager. After clearing multiple rounds of interview( 3 technical rounds + 2 times of HR ) HR told me to attend the director round where they completed and not provided any feedback , but when I approached back then their answer is your feedback was not positive from director. I don't know where I have done wrong in director round( which is very casual and normal) ?? Will it be my communication skills? Or Technical skills? Or notice period ? Or salay negotiation? Without proper response they told u r not qualified. Literally it's completely waste of our time after clearing all these many rounds, feedback was not positive. Is it true? Or still politics in IT Industry?
