Insight (IL) interview questions

The interview was a standard phone interview. We discussed what my roll at the company would be, and if my experience fit that roll. The interview went fairly well, and I was told I would hear back regarding the next stages in a week or so. I received no response. After a few email follow ups and a phone follow up, I gave up. I find it very unprofessional to ignore a candidate, regardless of whether or not the company plans to hire that candidate or not.
