My interview was for a leadership coach role to work with newer leaders in a year-long program through the Inspirant Group. The interviewer did not ask specific or effective questions to learn the information she wanted about my skill set, so she had to ask several different variations of the same question. She was not warm or welcoming during or after the interview when I offered to share some feedback with her and to have a conversation about how the interview went.
