Interview
I just answered a few questions online. I discussed my experiences teaching students in the past. I also talked about my education background and some of my hobbies. I just made sure there weren't any egregious grammatical errors and that there was a decent flow to the paragraphs. A few days later I received an email telling me that I was offered the position.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at InstaEDU (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2014
Interview
There is no interview. I simply emailed their support team a copy of my Bachelors Degree and was accepted. That seems to be their standard process. I received a response within days. To be eligible for tutoring requests from high school students or younger you must submit to a background check. There was a small fee (I think $7) associated with applying for the background check.
