It was a quick process. The managers were direct about what they wanted in a candidate. It is important to have experience dealing with customers to succeed in the role.

Interview
The interview for this role was an hour long. Although I have 10 years of equivalent CSM experience from another HIT Company. I was told I wasn't tech savvy enough to drive strategic projects which is bogus. I was told by the staffing agency that the hiring managers were excited to meet me based on what they understood from my resume. However, I believe the interviewer made up her mind upon seeing me that I wasn't going to move forward even though I was professionally dressed, well-spoken, and performed the exact same role somewhere else. Biased much?!
