Co-founder reached out to me to talk about an opening. We decided on a time to chat but he never showed up. Days later he tried to chat again, but the same thing happened. Then he ghosted me.
I thought it would have been a super cool company because of its performance in app store but when you follow tier leadership on LinkedIn you realize how inexperienced they truly are. They lack basic EI.

Interview
Went through the interview process. These guys are your basic entitled startup. They want to hear why you deserve to work with them and why you are excited to work on their “amazing” product. In reality it is a dull product that fits a great niche. I was told I’d hear back by “Friday” and interviewed Wednesday. I planned on rejecting the offer but it is common decency to send a response regardless of yes or no. I met with the CTO and CEO so you can tell that the disregard for common decency runs at the top.

Interview
Asked questions about the QA process and my experience. I was interviewed by one of the company founders who was very nice and professional. I was contacted thru LinkedIn and was interviewed the next day. It was all done on the phone since it was a remote position.
