Institute for Educational Leadership interview questions

Interviewed with a few rounds of directors/project managers three times. People were nice, but IEL’s interview process was sloppy/unprofessional. Folks were sporadic in scheduling and seemed chaotic. They were somewhat rude in the process, which was a telling sign of when I worked there. They are very siloed still - and have difficulty communicating expectations and aligning as on org on what exactly their priorities are.
