Two phone interviews. First was informational as well as assessing why you wanted to work for the Institute, previous sales experience as well. Second was a functional interview including working through a sample sales call. Sent some script material for second interview

Relaxed process. Asked for you to relate a short bio and take them through your typical day at your former jobs. Make sure to pay attention to the video and stick to the script you will have to print out in preparation

The interview process was very thorough. The interviewer was very pleasant and easy to speak with during the interview process. The interview is not hard if you are prepared. Make sure that you read through and practice the pre-interview information that is sent to you in your email.
