Walked into the building and it was very quite (could hear a pin drop). Interviewing team was very nice and professional. Here is where the issue is.. when offered the position I countered as it was lower than i had stated with HR when they said my range was within the range (yes, the offer was lower than my range). After countering i had an additional interview with who would have been my manager. The manager who had seemed interested in me said i would hear something in a week.. Three weeks later i was told that the HR rep was on vacation and that is what took so long but they are going to change the way they are aligned and cancel the position... Honestly dont waste your time. The Health Insurance is also a tiered level so the more you make.. the more your insurance is.
