I was invited to a screening interview with the in-house recruiter. She couldn't figure out her own Teams meeting TWICE. We had to reschedule when she stood me up after 20 minutes. Then again she couldn't get her Teams to work and ghosted me until I sent several follow up emails. She ended up sending me screening questions via email that I promptly (within 24 hours) responded to. She said she needed to "speak with the team" for 3 weeks with me checking in a handful of times before I gave up. Completely ghosted, and I find that really irresponsible and rude at this level, not to mention she was the one setting up the calls and then claiming to not know how to log into the tech.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Intapp (Palo Alto, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
I was contacted by a headhunter. Who screened me for the position. The headhunter set up and interview with the hiring manager. The place was not difficult to find. There was not a receptionist at the front desk. You call a number and someone picks it up. I met with the hiring manager. Had a really good interview. Would not mind working for the company. Seems to have to good culture and business focus.
