Had multiple (6) interviews from the initial screening interview, meeting various team members and senior leadership. This lasted a course of around 3 weeks and they were very accommodating of times and changes when I needed them to. Everything was gearing towards an offer from my perspective but all I got was an automated Workday email saying I wasn't going to be made an offer. I waited a week for this response so not really a surprise but it did feel way too long considering the volume of interviews I had had. I then had to ask for actual feedback from the recruiter as this wasn't an acceptable response from them but as of writing this post I still haven't received that feedback which is really disappointing considering the time and energy it takes to prepare go through this lengthy interview process.
