I applied online, and one of the recruiters responded after a few day and asked me to complete a cognitive assessment test and a "personality test".
A day after, the recruiter reached out to me and scheduled the phone interview. Then, I have to complete the cognitive assessment test again ( but this time, they have to proctor me).
The recruiter promised me that an interview with the hiring manger will be schedule; since then they ghosted on me.
