Interviews at Integrity

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Integrity
It was basic and like any other interview. I initially was interested but then reconsidered based on lack of benefits. Interview was one time and with a recruiter who was young and pleasant.
- What do you like about the position

Interview process was very clear and friendly. Easy going from the beginning. First interview with the recruitment manager and second one with company ceo, since the position reported directly to him.
- What do you think it’s the hardest part of our sales cycle?

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Integrity (Saint Louis, MO)
My initial conversation with the hiring manager was over the phone. I was then asked to meet with an existing employee for coffee, which was great. I was then offered a third interview in person on site meeting with the person who I had the initial phone call with. From the moment I arrived, I was questioned by one particular person about my physical appearance from my hairstyle down to the shoes I was wearing. This continued off and on throughout the remainder of the interview including comments about my height, my smile, my style, and I was also questioned about my living situation (if I lived with anyone). I answered the questions as minimally as possible even though I did not have to considering they were illegal questions to ask an interviewee. I was not contacted again for weeks after, which I then reached out, and was told to keep waiting. I haven’t heard back since. Very unprofessional and unethical interview style.
- Do you normally dress like this?
- Is this how you normally style your hair? It seems like a bit much.
- Do you live with your parents?

Sent resume via website application form. Received an email follow up within a few days and scheduled an interview. Met with one of the owners in-person for an interview, office tour and opportunity to speak with current employees to get their take on Integrity. I followed up with an email and hand-written note and was offered the position. Entire process was around 1-2 weeks.
- Standard interview questions and walking through my portfolio.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Porto, Oporto
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Integrity (Porto, Oporto) in Oct 2020
Very friendly and natural Interview. The company's working methodology is explained very well. Questions weren't too hard but they do ask quite a few. From what I've heard after the interiew they ask for a review and a pentest report on a target to present to the team
- What do you know about OWASP 10?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Integrity
It was a casual, conversational interview. I only had one interview, and it lasted about an hour and a half. I spoke with the owner and lead UX designer at the time. The owner described the culture as "sink or swim"–I was right out of college, and I believe they were looking for someone more experienced. I didn't have any strong opinions. The main downside... I sent a follow up "thank you" and did not hear from them again.
- Describe my design process from start to end.

it was good and thorough, it was friendly and the people there were helpful. It was eye opening and definitely a great place to know more about the company. It helped open my eyes to what they do and what they offer as a company as well
- hardest day at work and how I handled it

Anonymous Interview Candidate in New York, NY

The hiring process was fairly easy. The would just ask basic questions on whether you are efficient in mircosoft, excel, and know how to work the fax machines. Once the inteview was over, they would give you a call in the upcoming week and let you know if you got the job.
- what are your long term goals?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Joliet, IL
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Integrity (Joliet, IL) in Jul 2016
I applied online. Got a phone interview. The interview took about 30 mins. The recruiter asked my past experience on the resume and several general interview question. Then I was moved to onsite 2 days later. It was extremely hot on that day! Onsite was a little bit shorter(20 mins), two interviewers, almost same questions. One thing I feel unexpected was that they asked a behavioral question twice at the onsite. I answered with my prepared story at first. But the second time they asked the same question. I was totally blank... I think this is the reason why I did not get the offer.
- How do you deal with multitask? Have you done something above expectation? How's your Excel skill?
