I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intelehealth (Chennai) in Jun 2021
Interview
Interview process was neatly planned and organised.
I had four rounds of interview which consisted of both audio and video interviews. Introduction, interview with client, group discussion and interview with head of the programs of Intelehealth.
Besides, I was given an excel data to check my excel skills with a deadline.
The client of my project themselves had interviewed and selected me.

Question 1
The Online Assessment is the first round. It mostly consists of aptitude-based questions to gauge your problem-solving skills.
The Personality Round is a discussion about the different aspects of your personality, such as your work ethic, etc.
The first Technical Round is all about your expertise with the tech stack. As I was interviewing for the Android Developer role, I was asked questions about the fundamentals aspects of Android, Jetpack Components, etc.
The second Technical Round was more of a discussion between me and the Director of Product. We talked about things like my previous experience, my expertise with my tech stack, my potential role at the company, and such. We also discussed the tech team at the company, the products, what a workday at Intelehealth looks like, etc.

Interview
It is the smoothest Interview Process I've come across.
They will give you updates timely and will explain all the stages thoroughly.
Interviews will be fun, not just confined to any technical questions, but they will try to know you holistically.
