Intelitek interview questions

I was recently interviewed for a Sr. Sales Manager position at Intelitek. After meeting with three current employees I had a telephone interview with the CEO which went well. At that point I had another telephone interview with one of the founders and BoD members in Israel. Hoo boy, did it ever go off the rails after that. The person was insulting and demeaning and had preconceived notions and was absolutely offensive in every regard. Easily the most unpleasant person I've interviewed with in twenty years. What's funny is that he is retiring in 2 weeks but the new CEO is unwilling to make any decision without this person's input.
