I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intellecap (Hyderābād) in Sep 2016
Interview
The process took over 3 months with the worst form of internal mismanaged communication that I have ever faced.
First, candidate is badgered to send a cover letter and CV. Which is good, they seem to be in a rush, one would assume they do the job as quickly as they expect you to. After that, a HR interview was scheduled that never happened. Had to write several mails to point of contact who never responded till I follow dup vigorously on the phone. Following this, the HR interview was rescheduled 3 times.
After this, one never heard from HR. If they wanted to discontinue the application, its absolutely basic to let the candidate know, isn't it? Post this, after several weeks of follow up and some internal referrals, there was still a delay of some weeks that was followed by a Partner interview.
This interview was followed by no feedback whatsoever.
The worst interview experience you may ever have.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard, why Intellecap, tell us about yourself etc.
It was rigorous, they will grill but if you are competent enough you can crack, knowledge is must , you cannot bluff in your cv, over all the process was good and only if you are genuine and have relevant knowledge and interpersonal skills only then you can crack
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Intellecap (New Delhi) in Mar 2024
