IntelliaTech Solutions Junior Java Developer interview questions

There hr team connected me and calls me for interview at indore office so when i go there security guard is not letting me in and even not ready to hr and worst Hr mangment they are not picking calls and ignoring messages i only want to know why they call me for interview when they don't want to pick. I literally travelled 3 hr for interview in rainy day and received this kind of behavior.
