Interior Concepts interview questions

It was a 2-part interview, including an initial in-person interview and a follow-up “test.” The in-person interview was riddled with questions an employer are not to ask, including if I had children, and childcare, my age, etc. They test your abilities in design, documentation, and communication. I find this funny, because the majority do not know how to use CAD.
