Lengthy process which included the nurse residency program, simulation trainings, and a highly competitive competition. I also had to undergo training and orientation to the CVU, ICU, medoncology units, and BHU.

Several scenario questions on how you deal with difficulty situations and resolve conflicts. They wanted to know what clinical experience I had that could be used to educate and support the outpatient setting.
