International Growth Centre interview questions

The interview was fairly easy. I found the questions were simple with nothing unexpected coming up from the interviewer. The process follows a set procedure with 3 staff members present. Only 2 rounds.

There was a two stage recruitment process: Section one was an introductory session with potential line manager where they asked and an assessment stage where I had to write a policy brief based on two academic papers in three hours.
