They ask alot of action oriented questions that have revalance to the position. They are very friendly and do there best to make you feel comfortable and they also fimiliarize you with the position. They also ask alot of situaional questions that can be applied to everyday situations and that can also be work related. the interviewer will alternate between them and ask questions from a some type of PSDM sheet and then they explain that they sit down with Human Resources and the grade you on your answers and then they use some sort of chart to give you a score and the highest score gets the job.
